Next week, we will welcome researchers from around the world to the 9th International Plant Gall Symposium, taking place in Cluj-Napoca between 13–19 July 2026. Hosted by the Faculty of Biology and Geology, in the organization of Hungarian Department of Biology and Ecology together with Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies and Centre 3B, the symposium brings together leading experts in plant galls, insect–plant interactions, ecology, evolution, and biodiversity. The scientific program includes keynote lectures, research presentations, workshops, field excursions, and opportunities for international collaboration. We are proud to welcome the international plant gall research community to Cluj-Napoca and wish all participants an inspiring and productive symposium!
