- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of biomolecules (proteins, nucleic acids, lipids and carbohydrates);
- Molecular detection of proteins and marker genes;
- Development of synthetic or natural lipid nanoformulations, including liposomes and extracellular vesicles, for targeted drug delivery.
- Facilities in manipulating laboratory animals (mice), cultivation of mammalian cells (primary cells or cell lines);
- Testing the effects of plant extracts, drug nanoformulations, synthetic polymers on mammalian and human cell lines (in vitro, using 2D/3D monoculture or coculture models) and the murine animal model (in vivo).
